11. Software Terms for AWS Marketplace Products
AWS Marketplace products sold by KohaSupport are governed by the applicable agreement presented on the AWS Marketplace product listing page at the time of subscription or purchase.
Where a KohaSupport product is offered through AWS Marketplace under the Standard Contract for AWS Marketplace, that agreement governs the customer’s use of the AWS Marketplace product.
These website terms do not replace or supersede the governing AWS Marketplace agreement for AWS Marketplace purchases. They apply only to this website and, where applicable, to supplemental materials, support resources, documentation, and other non-conflicting KohaSupport terms and information.
In the event of a conflict between these website terms and the governing AWS Marketplace agreement for a product purchased through AWS Marketplace, the AWS Marketplace agreement controls for that product.
12. Proprietary Software Notice
Certain software, templates, themes, scripts, build assets, documentation, and related materials made available by KohaSupport are proprietary unless expressly stated otherwise.
Except where governed by an applicable open-source license or another written agreement, no permission is granted to copy, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit KohaSupport proprietary materials.
13. Third-Party Software
KohaSupport products may interoperate with or be deployed alongside third-party and open-source software. Such software remains subject to its own license terms, and nothing on this website is intended to alter or restrict rights that apply to third-party software under its applicable license.
