Legacy KohaSupport products

KohaSupport is preparing to focus new deployments and active development on Standard ARM64 and Enterprise ARM64.

Transition status: planned. Restriction dates and support-end dates have not been announced. This page does not mean that AWS has already restricted these products.

Existing subscriptions

AWS Marketplace product restriction closes new subscriptions. Existing buyers retain access until they cancel their subscription. Restriction does not terminate your instance, cancel your agreement, introduce a new charge for a Free subscription, or automatically migrate your data.

The planned transition includes 90 days of support, including security and critical defect handling, after the effective restriction and notification dates are confirmed for each product. Longer existing contractual obligations will be honoured. Routine legacy maintenance will end after the applicable window; access and data are not remotely disabled as a result. AWS sends the product-removal notification. Dates will be published here once confirmed.

Moving to Standard ARM64

An x86-to-ARM64 migration requires a new compatible deployment and a tested data restore. It is not an instance-size change. Review the migration runbook. Accepting the Standard subscription and any migration services are separate choices. Existing annual subscriptions, trial eligibility, refunds, and discounts do not automatically transfer.

Ask about your migration, or review Standard pricing. Do not cancel an existing subscription or remove its infrastructure until your replacement is verified and you have recoverable backups.
